The Print Code LLC ("we", "us") operates theprintcodellc.com from Somerset, New Jersey. You can reach us at info@theprintcodellc.com.
What we collect
Information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the details of your enquiry or order. Plus the standard technical data your browser sends when you visit (IP address, browser type, pages viewed), used only to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes, produce and deliver orders, send order updates and, only if you ask for it, occasional news about our work. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business: shipping carriers, payment processors, and the platforms that host this website and our email. Each receives only what it needs for its task.
Google account data
We use an internal tool that connects to our own Google Drive account through Google's API to store business documents. It accesses only our own company account, never customer Google accounts, and shares nothing with third parties. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your choices
Email us at info@theprintcodellc.com to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving messages from us.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and enquiry details for up to 12 months after we last hear from you.
