About these terms

This website is run by The Print Code LLC, Somerset, New Jersey, USA. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Orders

Every box starts with a quote by email. Payment is in full, before the design starts.

Your design

We send you the design before we make the box. One round of changes is included. Further changes are $5 for each element. If we are waiting for your approval, we wait, even if that moves the delivery date.

Making and delivery

A box takes 7 business days. There is no rush option. We deliver within the United States, except Alaska and Hawaii. Your quote shows the shipping cost.

Refunds

Each box is made for one person. Once you approve the design there is no refund. If your box arrives damaged, or we made a mistake, we remake it free within 30 days.

What you send us

When you send photos, names or text for a box, you confirm that you have the right to use them and the permission of the people shown. You keep ownership of what you send. You allow us to use it to design, make and ship your order.

What we cannot make

We use a protected logo or character only with the permission of whoever holds the rights, and we make nothing offensive. Text on the box is in English.

Our content

The photos, text and design of this website belong to The Print Code LLC. Real boxes are shown with the permission of the people who ordered them. Boxes marked Design sample are examples. Please do not copy or reuse our content without written permission.

Using this website

Use this website lawfully. Do not try to break, overload or copy it.

Information on this website

We work to keep the information on this website accurate. It is provided as is, and we may change it at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, The Print Code LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from the use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
